DOOR HINGE PROTECTION:
Door hinge protection from overload with overflow valve at hydraulic controls.
Design shall withstand 25-PSI MAWP internal pressure and 15 PSIG external pressure (full vacuum) and shall meet all the requirements of Section VIII Division 1 of the A.S.M.E. Boiler and Pressure Vessel Code. National Board Registered. Tank to be designed and constructed in full compliance with Department of Transportation Specification DOT407/412

HYDROSTATIC TEST PRESSURE:
4″ SS Girard pressure vent, 25 PSIG setting mounted top of tank.
4″ internal shut-off with 6″ SS float ball and cage assembly with neoprene rubber seat top front of tank.
One anti surge mounted on reinforcing pad-bolted
Circumferential reinforcement rings with tank support feet.
Front, center, and rear 4″ pipe construction overturns with reinforcement pads and gussets
20″ diameter located top of tank.
LIQUID LEVEL INDICATOR:
Stainless Steel construction rotary float gauge with 6” float ball assembly located on driver side of tank c/w grab handle and up position tie-back
Hydraulic full opening rear door assembly with 6 heavy duty door bolts, neoprene rubber rear door gasket, double acting hydraulic cylinder and safety brace.
4″ ANSI NVE air operated valve with actuator and 4″ sand pipe / deflector plate assembly, aluminum Kamlok fittings mounted on rear head. Located at 4 o’clock.
6″ ANSI NVE air operated valve with actuator and aluminum Kamlok fittings mounted on rear head. Located at 6 o’clock.
4” air operated butterfly valve between primary and secondary shut-off with PTO interconnect.
VACUUM PUMP SPECIFICATIONS:
Fruitland RCF500 rotary vane pump, 320 CFM free air rating, 28.5” Hg maximum vacuum.
4″ muffler / oil trap assembly with drain valve, 12″ swing out bottom clean out and 4″ exhaust adapter.
Single 4″ diameter no disconnect piping to allow tank to dump with vacuum system connected with vacuum pump flush port and wire reinforced rubber hose.
Hydraulically driven from air shift PTO mounted on transmission with hydraulic pump and motor.
Mounted on hydraulic dump sub-frame with suction strainer, diffuser, fill cap, hydraulic oil filters and sight glass.
HYDRAULIC DUMP SYSTEM:
Full length hydraulic dump sub-frame with 20 ton, 3 stage single acting dump cylinder, rear dump pivot assembly and safety brace.
4-spool valve body for control of hydraulic dump, rear door with over-pressure relief valve, vacuum pump and tank tie-down.
Glycerin filled vacuum/pressure gauge and hydraulic pressure gauge.
Full-length carbon steel side boxes for hose storage / fender assembly with anti-sail mud-flaps and rear tire skirt c/w sidebox ladder assembly.
Drivers side ladder assembly, four numbered placards, 50′ static line and steel toolbox assembly.
DOT LED moisture proof lighting conformant to FMVSS 108 with three in a row clearance markers, clearance lamps, reflectors, license plate mount and light assembly, one rear amber strobe beacon and two rear facing rectangular halogen flood lights.
DOT rear bumper for protection of external valves with platform/step assembly and rear dirt shield. Positioned for dual valve set-up.
Sections of tank and the entire body of the rest of the unit (non-tank) are sandblasted and primed with two coats of primer and painted with two coats of single stage Axalta paint.
